Ingredients: Organic Mung Beans
Mung beans are most commonly sprouted, however they also cook quickly. Sprouted mung beans are great in salads. Cooked mung beans are great in soups, stews, stir-fries or made into bean burgers!
Note: Most Australian grown organic and natural beans, peas and grains may be able to sprout. Any seeds with an origin outside of Australia could have been heat treated on entry in order to adhere to quarantine laws and will most likely not sprout.
These beans are certified organic, non-GMO and grown without the use of insecticides or pesticides and harvested and packed without the use of preservatives and additives and not radiated. We unfortunately cannot guarantee that this product will sprout as sprouting is an exacting science, which depends on factors including harvest time and age of product, type of product and when it germinated naturally, also the pH, mineral, salt content and water temperature.
